Our Beautiful Countryside Setting
Our facilities span over 100 acres of breathtaking countryside, featuring endless hacking routes, expansive open fields, and tranquil woodland tracks. This idyllic environment provides unlimited space for you to ride, relax, and forge a profound connection with your horse. We prioritise the welfare of both our horses and riders above all else, ensuring a safe and harmonious experience for everyone.
Our Rider Safety Standards
All riders are required to wear the safety helmets and vests provided by us. The safety of our riders and horses is our highest priority.
Rider Insurance & Safety Policy
As a private share and loan facility, and in the interests of the safety and protection of all riders, horses, staff, and visitors, all individuals who ride, handle, loan, share, exercise, or otherwise participate in activities involving our horses must hold valid personal rider insurance before taking part in any equestrian activity on our premises or involving our horses.
Proof of current insurance cover must be provided prior to riding and may be requested at any time. Riders are responsible for ensuring that their insurance remains valid and provides appropriate cover for the activities undertaken.
We recommend obtaining suitable cover through organisations such as the bhs.org.uk, or another recognised equestrian insurance provider.
While approved safety equipment may be provided where available, including riding hats and body protectors, the use of such equipment does not remove the rider’s responsibility to hold appropriate insurance cover.
No person will be permitted to ride, loan, share, exercise, or otherwise handle our horses without valid insurance in place. Failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of participation and/or immediate termination of riding privileges.
By participating in any riding or horse-related activity with us, riders confirm that:
● they hold valid insurance suitable for equestrian activities;
● they understand that horse riding is a high-risk activity;
● they accept responsibility for their own actions and conduct;
● they agree to follow all safety instructions and yard rules at all times.
We reserve the right to request documentation, refuse participation, or amend this policy in accordance with health and safety requirements, insurance obligations, or local authority guidance.
We are insured for supervised in-hand pony ride activities operated by our trained and experienced handlers.
Any riders wishing to enter into a private share or loan arrangement will be required to obtain their own rider insurance, as these are private arrangements where the rider assumes responsibility and liability while handling or riding the horse independently.
In contrast, horses being led and handled by our team during supervised in-hand activities remain under our control and are covered under our insurance policy.

Our In-Hand Led Pony Rides
Introducing our new in-hand led pony rides, carefully led and supervised by our fully insured and DBS-checked experienced horse handlers.
These guided sessions are perfect for adults, children, and teenagers who are looking to build confidence and gain experience in the saddle while enjoying extra support throughout their ride. Whether it’s your very first time riding or you are returning to riding after a break, our calm and friendly team, along with our horses, will always ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

Booking & Refund Terms
Once a member of our team has been contacted regarding your booking, our staff will check for available ride dates and book you in if suitable dates are available. You can book available ride dates in advance once you have received confirmation and receipt of your ride booking from our team before transferring your payment. If you can’t make your scheduled ride date, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.
